This is a ball gown that I made for the last ball season. Inspiration was a simple black gown, that I mainly used as a basic pattern, but I adjusted the fullnes of the skirt, added a second, transparent layer and some pleats.
the dress is longer at the back side. As I love to dance, I added a little wristband, that adjusted to the long transparent layer holds the dress to my arm and others dancer cannot step on my dress so easily.
additionally I added a rose brooche and some pearls
green taffetta, transparent layers of organza with silver print a bra is inserted
